“The days are long, but the years are short.”
We’ve all heard this saying but it is only in hindsight that we understand the magnitude of such a simple statement.
As parents, our days are so busy, hundreds of things on our to do list that must be done. and we feel the need to always rush to keep up. I am no exception as a mom of 3, loving wife, and full-time business owner.
But so often we get so caught up in the things we must get done that we forget to stop, slow down, and be truly present in this moment of life. IT is only once the moment is gone that we look back longing to have another chance to embrace those moments & enjoy all of the beauty and the chaos.
This is the reason I am so passionate about photographing AND FILMING families just as they are, in this exact moment of their life. Because I know more than anyone how quickly this time passes and once its gone it never returns.
